1. Orders & Payment
All orders are processed in USD. Once your order is placed and payment is received, we begin fulfillment. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation unless otherwise stated.
2. Shipping
We offer shipping within the U.S. and select international destinations. Shipping times vary depending on location and order volume. West Coast Frost is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping info provided by the customer.
3. Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo documentation.
Custom orders are non-refundable under any circumstances once design and production have started.

All custom and made-to-order pieces require clear communication between the customer and our team. By proceeding, you agree that:

5. Materials & Wear
We craft every piece using solid 925 sterling silver, 10K–18K solid gold, and ethically sourced gemstones. Certain styles may feature rhodium plating for tarnish resistance.
All materials used are skin-safe, but we are not liable for individual allergic reactions or misuse. Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environments to maintain the longevity of your jewelry.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, designs, images, and copy—is the property of West Coast Frost and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
